Oak Grove Club is a brand of OmniChrome LLC. Here's what we collect, who else sees it, and how to ask us about it.

Visiting the site

This site doesn't use ad trackers.

Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.

Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits for us. It records the page you opened, your browser and your country, without cookies and without following you to other sites.

Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when a page loads.

Our Instagram links take you to Instagram.

Cookies

We don't set any cookies on this site.

Your cart is saved in your browser's local storage, so it's still there when you come back. It stays on your device and reaches us only when you check out. Clearing your browser's data for this site empties it.

Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page to process your payment and prevent fraud. See Stripe's cookie policy.

If we ever add cookies or ad tracking, we'll update this page first.

When you order

Checkout happens on Stripe's page. Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address and card.

We get your name, email and shipping address, but never your card number. Printful, who makes and ships your order, gets your name, email and address too.

Email

Email sent to hello@theoakgroveclub.com goes through Cloudflare, which forwards it to us.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Seeing or deleting your info

Email hello@theoakgroveclub.com to see or delete the information we have about you. We may have to keep order records the law requires.

Children

This site isn't aimed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
